Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns can only be requested within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Return requests can only be initiated after the order has been delivered to the customer. Requests made during the processing or delivery period will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations are not possible once the order enters the 'In Order Progress' stage. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once your order is in progress or processed, we cannot accommodate changes to the shipping address, item quantity, or other details. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Orders will be fulfilled based on the details initially provided by the customer.

4. Automatic Rejection of Cancellations
Cancellation requests made after order processing are automatically rejected. Orders already processed cannot be canceled.

5. Refund Upon Decline

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery. Refunds will be issued once the item is returned to the supplier.

7. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@cforchef.co.uk or log in to your account at https://account.cforchef.co.uk to submit a return request. The return address will be provided upon confirmation of the return request and issuance of the return label.

8. Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders are tracked, and delivery updates are provided. Please report any non-delivery issues within 30 days of the order date.

9. Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The default return label is provided. Requests for specific carrier preferences are not accommodated. Returns must be made using the return label provided by us. Returns sent through any other method will not be accepted. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. For faulty or incorrect items, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to the customer. 10. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, a return label will be provided free of charge upon approval of the return request. Please report damaged or defective items within 30 days of receipt.

11. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
12. Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

13. European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

14. Fair Use of Returns Policy
Our return policy is designed to ensure fairness for all customers. While we strive to process all valid returns, repeated and excessive return requests may be subject to review. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and features before purchasing to minimize the need for returns.

15. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds are subject to approval. Refund requests may be denied if the returned item is damaged, incorrect, or missing components. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued once the item is received and processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
