This iron wok with wooden handle is a traditional hand-forged, deep round bottom stir-fry wok, ideal for stir-frying and deep frying on gas hobs.

Each wok is heat-treated, forged and hammered into shape for a light but strong pan. The uncoated surface is scratch-resistant, takes high heat and gives a physical non-stick effect once seasoned. The beech wood handle is riveted for stability.

Best for stir-fries, fried rice, noodles, deep-fried dishes and crispy fried eggs.

Well suited to gas hobs.
